Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Karah LLC d/b/a Milano Jewelry, 16W 46th Street, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10036 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), and the United Kingdom who have attained the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence as of the Promotion start date. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member of such employees) are not eligible. Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on [insert start date] and ends on [insert end date], or while supplies of scratch cards last (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

  • Scratch Card Entry: Eligible participants may obtain a Milano VIP Scratch Card from participating cruise lines, hotels, or Milano Jewelry associates. Scratch cards must be presented and revealed in person at a participating Milano Jewelry store during the Promotion Period. Cards scratched outside of a Milano Jewelry store are void.
  • Bonus Digital Entry (Optional): After scratching in store, participants may be offered a QR code to access a bonus “Spin the Wheel” game online. To redeem, entrants must provide their email address and any required information. Digital entries are limited to coupons, discounts, or secondary gifts and exclude the grand prize.
  • Limit one scratch per customer per store visit. Customers may receive an additional scratch card for the next Milano Jewelry store they visit during their cruise vacation.

5. Prizes

  • Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a pair of 4 Carat Total Weight Lab-Grown Diamond Stud Earrings (approximate retail value may vary).
  • Other Prizes: Various other prizes may include Milano Jewelry gift vouchers, discounts, merchandise, or promotional items as determined by Sponsor.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of cards distributed and prizes available.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Prize Conditions

  • If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days, or if a potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
  • Any and all taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, statements, and city/state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes, in any media worldwide, without additional compensation.

7. General Conditions

  • Scratch cards that are lost, stolen, altered, forged, photocopied, or damaged are void.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to defraud, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for technical, printing, typographical, or other errors, or for any scratch cards obtained through unauthorized channels.
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries to any person (including death) or property arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

The Released Parties have not made, nor are they responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including its quality, condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in New York County, New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, and interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.shopmilano.com. By participating, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of their information for the administration of the Promotion and for future marketing communications, unless prohibited by law.

11. Winners List

To obtain the name of the grand prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by [insert date, typically 60 days after promotion end] to:
