I ordered the Alaska coin box after seeing it in Christine's video. It wasn't available last year when I visited Alaska. I received my order quickly and love my coin box. Great customer service.

Very nice people to deal with.

Enjoying the two rings. Haven’t worn the necklace. Will probably change out the chain for something more substantial. The paper clip ring had some small scratches but since it took almost 3 weeks to receive and I was taking it on a trip I am not returning. Also, the policy of paying to return it is not appealing. So, not sure if I will order again.

I had such a wonderful experience with Milano Jewelry, especially working with Shaina! She was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made everything feel easy and stress free. Her customer service really stood out because she was so warm, patient, and attentive. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond. Thank you, Shaina, for making my experience with Milano Jewelry such a positive one. I will definitely be shopping with Milano again! 💎✨

I stopped at Milano Jewelry, on our visit to Juneau looking for a custom piece designed by Christine but, unfortunately it was out of stock and they were closing for the season the following week. She gave me her card so I can place an online order and have it in a couple weeks 😊 I was able to meet and snap a selfie with Christine (I follow her on Facebook) and get my Milano Juneau Coin! Thank you for making my visit to Juneau so pleasant 🤗
